We have classes designed to meet the needs of all children. These classes follow the 5 steps + 1 for positive mental wellbeing as recommended by the Children’s Commissioner.
Confident Kids sessions strive to teach children to feel calm, focused and relaxed we follow 6 simple steps with the aim to teach children to be mindful and practice meditation whilst having fun.
Chilled Teen sessions strive to teach teens to manage their emotions during stressful times showing them the value of being mindful.
